I am a finance professional with over seven years of experience across manufacturing, telecommunications, healthcare, construction and consulting. My passion lies in using financial discipline to create the stability, efficiency and confidence required to deliver ambitious projects successfully.

At Falcon 7, I see finance as an essential part of construction, not simply a function that records what has already happened. Every project requires careful cost planning, budgeting, cash-flow management, procurement discipline and financial control to ensure that resources are used effectively and projects remain commercially sustainable.

I work closely with leadership and project teams to understand the financial realities behind every development, from initial costing and forecasting through to project delivery. My experience in financial management, taxation, treasury, management accounting, reporting and operational improvement allows me to bring structure to complex financial decisions while keeping the wider business objectives in focus.

What motivates me is seeing strong financial management translate into something tangible. A well-managed budget becomes a completed building. A carefully planned cash flow keeps a project moving. Effective cost control protects the client's investment and the company's ability to deliver.
