Designed as a contemporary luxury residence, House Chishawasha is a 921 square metre private development that brings together generous living spaces, modern architecture and resort-inspired amenities within a single residential environment.
The residence comprises approximately 571 sqm at ground-floor level and 350 sqm at first-floor level, creating a substantial two-storey home carefully organised around both family living and private leisure. The design accommodates five bedrooms, an expansive open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area, a dedicated visitors' lounge, a gym and sauna, a swimming pool and a two-car garage.
The architecture is defined by strong horizontal forms, generous glazing and layered volumes that create a contemporary expression while allowing the interior spaces to maintain a strong connection with the surrounding landscape. Large openings and terraces extend the living experience outdoors, while the pool becomes a central element of the home's entertainment and leisure environment.
