Project Detail
Designed as a contemporary destination for celebrations, conferences and private gatherings, this 1,000 square metre wedding and conference hall brings together architecture, engineering and construction to create a space that is both visually distinctive and highly functional.
Falcon 7 has been involved in the project from the earliest stages of design through to construction, creating a coordinated journey from concept to the built environment. Our scope has included architectural design, structural engineering, setting out, construction and architectural visualisation, allowing each stage of the project to develop from a shared understanding of the final vision.
The architectural approach combines a strong contemporary form with generous glazed openings, carefully considered proportions and a landscape that extends the experience beyond the building itself. The result is a venue designed to feel open, welcoming and memorable, while maintaining the flexibility required for both formal conferences and large-scale social events.
On the technical side, Falcon 7 has undertaken the structural engineering and setting out, translating the architectural concept into a buildable and coordinated structure. Our construction team has subsequently progressed the physical development of the building, with close attention to accuracy, sequencing and the relationship between the structural and architectural elements.
Visualisation has also formed an important part of the process. Through detailed architectural renders, we have been able to communicate the intended character of the development before completion, giving the client a clear understanding of how the architecture, landscaping, materials and spatial experience come together.
The project is now progressing into the interior design and finishing stage, where the focus will shift towards defining the internal atmosphere, functionality and experience of the venue. This next phase will bring together interior architecture, material selection, lighting, finishes and furniture to complete the transition from structural shell to finished destination.
