This contemporary residence in Mandara is a reflection of what happens when thoughtful design meets disciplined construction. Delivered by Falcon 7 Design & Engineering, the project was developed as a complete residential environment, carefully considered around the way a modern family lives, gathers and connects.
The home comprises four bedrooms and a dedicated study, with an open-plan living arrangement that brings together the kitchen, dining and living spaces into one connected environment. Large openings and carefully positioned spaces allow natural light to move through the home while creating a strong relationship between the interiors, outdoor living areas and landscaped surroundings.
At the centre of the home is a generous living experience that extends beyond the walls of the house. The outdoor spaces, swimming pool, landscaped gardens and defined pathways create a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor living, giving the residence both a sense of privacy and an atmosphere designed for entertaining.
The architectural character is defined by clean contemporary lines, pitched roof forms, textured finishes, expansive glazing and carefully detailed façade elements. The combination of natural stone, neutral finishes, dark aluminium elements and timber-inspired detailing creates a refined aesthetic while maintaining a warm residential character.
The home also incorporates a two-car garage, supporting the practical requirements of everyday family life without compromising the architectural composition of the residence.
